REFUNDS
Any reservation that is NOT canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled date of departure shall forfeit all monies associated with that reservation including tax. Cancellation requests need to be received via e-mail or by fax within 72 hours of your scheduled departure date and time. RESCHEDULING
Any reservation may be rescheduled prior to 72 hours of departure. In the event that your reschedule date conflicts with another scheduled cruise you may cancel your cruise and receive a full refund or reschedule for a later date.
